The Client

Enscape was founded in Germany and operates out of Karlsruhe and New York. The Enscape software enables users to generate high-quality real-time 3D visualizations based on existing design data. In addition, videos, panoramic images, and VR simulations can be generated automatically. Led by CEO Christian Lang, Enscape enjoys a strong reputation and high product enthusiasm across the international AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction).

The Case

At the beginning of 2021, Enscape approached Fortis with an ambitious task: the product launch of Enscape 3.0 was scheduled for March 3 — and Fortis was asked to manage the communication not only in Germany, but all across Europe and the United States. Thanks to our international partner network in Italy, France, the UK, and the US, the product announcement was published simultaneously on March 3. Fortis took the lead in managing and coordinating this international collaboration.

Background: Our Approach

After receiving the client briefing, Fortis initiated a kick-off with international agency partners. The task was to craft a press release for the product launch and adapt it to various international markets. As always, “all business is local” — each partner tailored the German base version for their local context and handled distribution to their respective media contacts. The press release served as the foundation for further media placements, including articles and interviews in all target countries.

Drafting of the core press release, briefing international partner agencies, standby consulting, coordination of interview appointments, international article placement following the release, and reporting for both German and international markets
