The Client

Based in Munich, ProVI GmbH develops and markets the software of the same name — ProVI, a BIM solution for traffic and infrastructure planning. Infrastructure owners and operators, transportation companies, construction firms, and engineering service providers use this AutoCAD-based application to plan their transportation systems.

The Case

Fortis conceptualized and managed ProVI’s first in-house online symposium for BIM-based transportation infrastructure planning: ProVI.digital. The goal was to generate awareness and attract leads. The marketing and communications package included consulting and project management, the creation of an event platform, media relations, media planning, email newsletters and mailings, search engine optimization, and social media management.

What We Achieved

  • More than 1,000 participants joined ProVI.digital
  • High reach of the online and print campaigns, incl. newsletters: approx. 406,000
  • Exceptionally high click-through rates for social media campaigns
  • Increased Google visibility: approx. 280,000 impressions
